The participant chooses the details and methods of communication to him. Participation is limited to persons of full contractual capacity over the age of eighteen years.
The winner is to be determined by drawing of lots from all entries. The drawing thereof is to be supervised by an independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate, whose decision shall be final.
The winner shall be announced at the time and place specified in the terms and conditions. The promoter shall be entitled to extend this date in its sole discretion provided that it publishes notice of such extension in the same manner it is to publish the results of the competition.
The prize can be claimed from the offices of the promoter immediately on publication of the results, against proof of identity and compliance with the promoters reasonable security requirements. Any prize/s not collected or claimed within six months shall be forfeited. In this event, the promoter shall in its discretion, be entitled to utilise such prize/s for another competition.
Any winner (or legal guardian if applicable) is required to provide proof of identity, and sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 1400 hours.

Deliveries for products sent overseas can take up to as long as 4-6 weeks to ensure the legitimacy of the customer. No deliveries will be done until the order has been processed and paid in full. There will be no delivery cost on goods sent within South Africa and delivery cost on purchases outside South Africa will be specific depending on the country of delivery. Undeliverable packages Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable.Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Refunds/returns Policy

The South African Gold Coin Exchange has a strict no refund policy on items that are bought, excluding that of which are for damaged goods. Goods that are damaged can be returned in their same packaging to The South African Gold Coin Exchange within 10 calendar days of purchasing, including a description of why the item has been returned. If The South African Gold Coin Exchange deems the product to be damaged, they will replace the product with a more suitable one. The South African Gold Coin Exchange by no means offers monetary refunds on unsatisfactory products.

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there.
